Surprises
Today was a lovely day, Jackie my quilting friend came round so I packed my bags of quilts to show her and the group that we were going to. I didn’t know what to expect.
We went to a small community place just down the road to a small class of kids learning to sew and dress make. It was lovely to see these kids sewing and designing their own costumes towards a Caribbean event next month. I helped out and some of them were really sweet, you can tell these are going to be the future designers and stylists of the next generation.
Sorry for me being topsy turvy I just cannot get it right never mind.
Helping the kids have thrown my pains out of the window it was such a tonic working with them.
