The Second BOM

Hi all

This is almost all sewn together, Ive got two windows to sew down, the middle of the house then the right tree. Im very pleased how all has come together, I wanted to add some weeping willow trees and so far so good with using scraps from other past projects. My mum will be coming over to stay for a week,so I wanted to get this done. This time I used multicoloured thread to match with the colours of the house. Let me know what you think, I cant wait to get the other blocks next month as I really have enjoyed doing these because they were nice short small projects, not as lingering and long like my patchwork coat and number of other projects.

The weather is not as cold Im thankful to say. I did worry about a young horse that had badly cut its nose, Jim had to phone the RSPCA for me. When I had a look last night I noticed that wound had been cleaned up and sprayed blue which is like an animal antiseptic. These groups of horses are about ten to fifteen minutes walk away when I walk my dogs. They are lovely horses, so innocent, making me want to buy one but I just cannot afford it Im afraid.Oh well we can dream cant we and create the magic and things that we love into quilts and paintings.

I love your wonky houses. Is this a BOM on line or something you are doing where you live? Anyway, I'm going to be checking back to see the next ones. They are fantastic.
